I am trying to teach some 9th graders some biology. Right now we are on Cell Membranes and various organelles. My guess is that there are some great illustrations of these out there, I just have not yet been about to find it. Can someone steer me to a website that shows these cell parts in an interesting manner?
If you want to go a bit more in-depth, here’s an excellent video (together with some other, related resources) detailing DNA replication in the cell…
I agree that those images are striking. I was hoping to find a youtube video, and I have been looking, that would perhaps present all or most of the organelles one right after the other. In graphics as striking as you demonstrated.
There’s Crash Course Biology: Organelles and Membrane Transport.
My biology instructor uses those. He says that all that shit is in real time. Freakin’ amazing.
