I’m moving to (southern) Spain for 2-3 months from February. There’s not phone in the house, but I need to be able to connect and surf the Internet. Which company offers the best and cheapest cell phone rates? I’ve heard Vodaphone has some good products, but their homepage doesn’t seem to work too well.
Movistar is a big operator in Spain, but Vodafone is making big strides. Another big Spanish cell phone provider is Amena. Any of these can provide you with internet service.
