Cereal you could down a whole box of in one sitting

Great Grains pecan crunch I think its called. I have easily eaten half a box at one sitting.

One vote for regular Life, and another for Golden Grahams.

Amen! Me too. I’ve got to be careful buying that stuff.

Prior to weight loss surgery, cereal was a serious binge food for me! (Yeah, really.) Now, if I eat more than a small bowl in a sitting, I feel somewhat sick to my stomach. In fact, Raisin Bran has made me hurl a couple of times!

However, pre-op, I could easily polish off whole boxes of:
Golden Crisp, Golden Grahams, Reese’s Peanut Butter Puffs. The best part is letting it sit in the milk for a while, and then the sugary goodness the milk takes on by the time you’re finished eating the cereal. Mmmmm. Sugary sweet milk!

Oh yeah! Cap’n Crunch!! I love those! There was a time I could also polish off a box of Honeycombs since they are lighter and less crunchy. But oh! I loves me some Cap’n!!! My personal crack.

Another vote for Peanut Butter Cap’n - although that stuff will rip up the roof of your mouth if you don’t let it properly saturate first.

And a second for regular Life. Mmmmm boy!

One vote for Cinnamon Life!

I probably couldn’t do it anymore, but that’s my all time favorite cereal.

Post Blueberry Morning cereal. (Man, the last bowl of that is always the best 'cos there’ll be like tons of blueberries at the bottom.) And, to a lesser extent, Kashi Go Lean Crunch.

But alas – I no longer purchase them for that very reason. They’re just too delicious.

I have eaten an entire large box of Lucky Charms in a day (2 sittings).
My favorite movie snacks are dry Cinnamon Life or dry Frosted Flakes.

Golden Grahams or Cocoa Puffs. Mmmmmm.

Cap’n Crunchberries; Crispix (with lost of sugar).

Sugar Pops and Lucky Charms. I have come very close to killing a box with both of those.

Mini wheats, too (but I only like them without milk. They become soggy little messes if they even notice the milk in the room with them).

Reading this thread, I was all set to pipe up and say “Hell yes! I’d eat me a WHOLE box of Strawberry Wheaties!” but then…

I realized that the thought of hieing me to the nearest store to buy a box of the current equivalent makes my teeth curl. Apparently I’m no longer the breakfast cereal fiend I used to be as a small child. :frowning:

Age-influenced gastronomy, thence lies thy sting.

(These days, a breakfast of champions for me is usually a large coffee with milk and sugar)

Fruit loops, apple jacks, Ohs, captain crunch, fosted flakes, honeycombs. One food for eternity? Cold cereal and milk.

Oooh, I never buy cereal 'cause I invariably eat it in one sitting and that’s like 1500 calories in a box. My favorites are:

Rice Crispies treats cereal, hard to find but taste just like the home made treats yet crunchy.

Lucky Charms, I always pick out the marshmallow candies first but save them to eat until after I’ve finished the oat stuff.

Cheerios, not sweet but I love the oaty flavor and will mindless eat them 'til I’m sick.

Trix, specially now that it comes in the pretty fruit shapes instead of the boring balls it used to be.

Count Chocula for a special treat but I never see it in stores anymore.

Post Banana Nut Crunch, tastes just like banana bread but has even more calories than regular cereal.

Mmmmmm, cereal…

Quaker Oat Squares. How I love them.

These are my favorites:

I’d also list Fruit Loops, but they get soggy too fast.

Ahh crap! I had managed to completely forget about those! :smack:

Oh yeah.

I covet thy neighbor.

Life, Great Grains Pecan whatever, Apple Jacks, and certain granolas make the grade for me, too.
