I have a 2004 Honda CRV front wheel drive. I sent it to a mechanic (not a Honda Mechanic since the local store is full of idiots) to stop a roaring sound the car was making due to the bearings (The Honda guys said it was not my bearings). Bearings have been changed and the roaring stopped. The mechanic says that he is getting a speed sensor code now from the computer.
Any ideas why? How to stop this or what can be done?
I’m sure the mechanic will have this problem solved by this afternoon when I’m supposed to pick up the car. Normally I do all of my own mechanic work. This was a situation where I knew I had neither the know how or the tools to complete the job. I’m just curious.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
