Well, his act has been dead since the 70s. . .
True but I liked him.
I remember watching him on Switch with Eddie Albert, Robert Wagner, and Sharon Gless. I always liked that show.
I may have to watch Amazon Women on the Moon again in memory.
Did anyone see the Tonight Show episode when Charlie Callas playfully shoved Johnny Carson (I guess he was going for a laugh?) and Carson told him, on air, that he would never again appear on the show?
Seems pretty harsh, especially considering that Callas had been a semi-regular guest on Tonight Show for years…
That must have been an uncomfortable situation for all involved.
