Grass Valley is a real town and that’s the local paper.
Well, The Onion has fake news stories, so this is the opposite of that.
This tells me nothing about what area man is up to. This is really stultus.

On second thought…you’re probably right. 
It looks like curwin swung for the bleachers, and we didn’t even see the bat hit the ball, it was so smooth.

I was in Grass Valley this summer, and on one morning I was there, I drove by a man who was shouting and punching a street sign. The next day, the incident was in the “Police Blotter” section of the Union. I think that counts.
