Since I grew up listening to old country via my mother, I was exposed to some really goofy stuff in the 70s. So, for y’all’s perusal, I offer…
*Dr. Demento’s Telephone Man
*Tom T. Hall’s Sneaky Snake
*Donna Fargo’s Superman (scroll to the bottom)
…to just name a few. :o
What have you all got to share that’ll make anyone giggle?
Ray Stevens was the first name that came to my mind – here’s I Saw Elvis In A UFO , on a page with plenty of links to other lyrics.
And here is Bobby Bare’s classic, Drop Kick Me Jesus Through The Goalposts Of Life .

Lots of good ( ? ) Roger Miller songs, but I’d like to nominate You Can’t Rollerskate in a Buffalo Herd to the list.
And although Loretta Lynn’s The Pill has an excellent message behind it, the execution is one of adorable naivete and cringe-worthy cutesy (nursery hill!) imagery.
Surely us three aren’t the only ones who were ever subjected to all this. Speak up and be proud, pardners!

Don’t know if this is what you’re looking for, but my favorite goofy/snappy lyrics are:
Could ya would ya aint ya gonna
If I asked ya would ya wanna
be my baby tonight?
