Sometime I get minor infections in my finger tips that go away the next day if I soak them, in warm water and salt and then water and betadine (povidone-iodine), to save time I would like to just combine it all in to one soak, but will there be any chemical reaction if I combine the povidone-iodine, salt and water together?
Nope, we do betadine-saline soaks on hands all the time in the ER.
