Come again? What do you want to know, exactly? The reasons for using chemotherapy? 
Despite my initial snark, did you mean why would people use chemo drugs if they are going to die anyway and deprive them of you because you expect to live?
That’s the best I can come up with.
That was my foggy interpretation as well. After I initially saw this post, I took a gander at some of Copperwindow’s old posts and they all seemed coherent and lucid; to say the least. I’m thinkin’ someone may have been drinking.
My very loose interpretation:
If there is life after death, why do people keep themselves alive?
(which is an interesting question, even if it’s not the OP)
