Chess Engines For MAC

I’m a MAC user looking to get a chess engine a la Fritz or Rybka.

I want for the most powerful engine, but cheaper is always nice. Any suggestions?

(Oh, and Mac is an nickname, not an acronym. You don’t capitalize it all. Mac users get really sensitive about this, since people who spell it MAC are usually on long rants against the platform.)

ExaChess has all of the functions I’m looking for, but do you know how it compares to Fritz 12 with its analysis?

Sorry about the caps -I’d seen it both ways, so I assumed they were both correct. I’ll be more cautious in the future. :stuck_out_tongue:

Usually when I see MAC, it’s in reference to a netword adaptor’s MAC address (Media Access Control address).
