That’s what the headline reads. I can’t copy it for some reason, so you’ll have to go see it yourself:

Apparently “Darth Vader” is the legal name of a candidate for mayor in Odessa in the Ukraine. A guy dressed in full wookiee regalia was arrested for campaigning on Election Day. He was fined what amounted to m$7.50, but said he couldn’t pay because “his funds are in an intergalactic bank that has no branches on this planet.”
I swear this is what’s on the site. Unless I’m being hoaxed by the site, political theater is very interesting in the Ukraine. Og knows something needs to be.
