Years ago in Chicago - a kid’s show. And the host used to call the viewers little feather merchants. Who was that? What was that program? Anyone recall? I don’t think it was Uncle Johnny Coons or Frazier Thomas. Somebody else. Any help? xo,
C.
According to this site, it was Chuck Bill, host of Adventuretime Theater, aka Adventure Theater, aka the one with Herman the German Moose.
Yep. The name just came to me. He was also the guy who used to say, “Ding Hoy, boys and girls.” Chuck Bill. Thanks.
I wonder if that host had been a China Marine or other military because “ding hao” means “very good” and the “hao” spoken fast could be heard as hoy to a soldier unfamiliar with the language. He might have been saying, “Very good, kids”.
