Over 20 years ago we were at a hearing on the fate of the now-demolished McCarthy Building and you had a historic photo of the building that had the Zotti name on it. At least that is how I remember it.
In this modern age, we have exterminators to take care of such infestations. 
I think I was at a hearing and definitely wrote about the McCarthy Building but don’t recall any such photo. I had this in my possession? Definitely don’t recall that.
