I actually think that sounds good…and maybe some poutine to go with it!

You know, that is making me very hungry. How wrong is it that it looks yummy to me?
We call that a steak sandwich (chicken fried steak on a hamburger bun).
I used to buy whole ribeyes and slice 1/2" thick steaks off of them and chicken fry that. A lot more tender cut and damn tasty if you don’t mind frying a better cut (didn’t do that to the whole thing, mind you, just a couple now and then).
A local butcher has some razor thin ribeye steaks on for $.89 right now; that’s a hell of an idea for them.
What I always have to laugh at is that at Applebee’s they serve Chicken Fried Chicken. As opposed to what? Steak fried chicken I guess.
