Are chicken wings white meat or dark meat?
They look like white meat to me.
But looks can be deceiving…
A pure WAG but from eating them it seems as though the “upper arm” with the single bone seems white while the forearm with the 2 bones seems to be dark. That just comes from eating KFC wings of course… not exactly a well-founded biological study.
Yes, I’ve read the “why white meat is white and dark meat is dark column” but, it really doesn’t address the “wing” specifically.
