Along with the Chinese food, you’d expect some kind of Chinese dessert, right? I mean, besides the fortune cookie.
In the one or two I’ve been to in DE, they had these 1950s- or 60s-era desserts, like something with jello, or I think I remember unwrapped Twinkies there too. Got a HUGE kick out of it.
Well, I’m alongside you here in Minot, and we have no less than 4 places I’ve discovered. The Happy Panda (~$5.50) and New China Buffet (~$7.00) are the most popular. I haven’t exactly found the other two yet. But they are a Godsend.
Well, #1 I’m not in college anymore. I’m all grown up now, and even if I was still in college, I’d still love these places. #2, I didn’t necessarily say it was perfectly healthy, but you can’t deny that them’s some good vittles. . .
