How come I am hungry one hour after I eat Chinese food?

Because the rice or noodles puts your blood sugar out of what. Basically you produce more insulin than needed so the extra insulin lowers your blood sugar and makes you hungry

Why don’t chinese people like american food? Cause three hours later they aren’t hungry anymore.
