I don’t understand what this means. I also don’t know what a seagull post is.
It looks pretty clear to me: If you want to call attention to an issue, then call attention to it. Don’t just tell people to Google it for themselves. I’m not sure about the seagull part, though.
Seagull post : a post made by a fly-by poster which amounts to little more than a dollop of shit staining the thread.
