If I had to take a wild stab, I’d guess some sort of congestion. In the chest area. That’s been present for some time. This is all just speculation, mind you.
I dunno. Maybe his storage box for high-quality marijuana is overfull.
I expected to find links to his favorite sources of online pharmaceuticals.
I am currently getting over bronchitis and a horrible chest cold which lasted about 2 weeks. I ended up on antibiotics and mucinex and tons of fluids. Nothing cures chest conjestion better than time. You have to rest, use decongestant, and other meds if necessary.
Chest congestion that just doesn’t go away, it’s even worst at night. I have inhalers and take zyrtec.
You need to see your general practitioner, who will then send you to a pulmonologist, and if they don’t come up with anything, see an allergist.
Medical advice is best suited to IMHO. However, as noted, if you have a serious medical condition the only good advice is to see a medical professional. Free advice on a message board is pretty much worth exactly what you pay for it.

Sounds like my BFF. She’s got asthma and gets chronic chest congestion on a regular basis. Poor thing I swear she’s sick every two or three weeks with some kind of cold or bronchitis or something. She just has to learn to live with it and manage her breathing when she has an episode
My mother had the chronic chest congestion and I have also but to a lesser extent. Mine is from smoking. Less than 1/2 pack a day it seems to clear right up. My mom used mucinex with good results. The generic version can cause diarrrhea within 1/2 hour after taking it so I would stick to the brand name.
