Citing a line from a long poem

Are poem titles always in quotes, even if it’s a very long poem?

When would you use the stanza/line number in a cite? How about for a poem like “Intimations of Immortality”?

The Chicago Manual of Style says:

Titles of collections of poetry and of long poems published separately are italicized. Titles of short poems are in roman type and quoted:

Paradise Lost
“The Love Song of J. Alfred Prufrock”

Citations following poetry quotations should be dropped to the line below the last line of the quotation and centered on the last letter of the longest line of the quotation, or set flush right, or indented uniformly from the right margin (placement is often specified by the designer).
