I’m trying to build tactical nukes and ICBM’s. I have all the requirements that they list…space travel, rocketry, nuclear fission…you name it. I can’t build them though, they’re just not listed in any city’s production. Can anyone help me out?
Did you or any one else build the Manhattan Project? You need that. And uranium too.
To your cities have a connection to the strategic resources need to build the nukes (IIRC aluminum and uranimum)?
Ah it’s the Manhattan Project. I thought it may be, but I’m a little hesitant because it says it allows construction of nukes by all civ’s. Thanks Alphagene.
Shakey Jake - Yep. It does. It would be a good idea to build Strategic Missile Defense too. As quickly as possible.
Because if the other civs are advanced and they get nukes…
They’ll be coming.
On the other hand, if the other civs are far along enough as to be able to nuke you within years of you building the Project, then they’re already probably building it.

If the other civs are building it, you can see in the wonders list which cities are building it. This assumes that you have diplomatic relations with the civ, IIRC.
