Gacy told a variety of stories, including that twelve people (carpenters who worked for him, a cleaning lady etc.) had keys to his house and presumably could have stashed bodies there while he was out of town. At one point he claimed that the only crime he was guilty of was operating a cemetery without a license.
Ritual abuse claims must’ve fallen into considerable disrepute, otherwise there’d be a bunch of attorneys and expert witnesses advertising that they specialize in lawsuits on behalf of purported victims. And maybe they exist, but they’re difficult to locate on the Internet.
