I do believe I know what it sounds like. I am double jointed and can clap with one hand by moving my arm up and down and having my hand slap my wrist.

The way I do it is by clenching my fist quickly; like Bart did it on the Simpsons in the mini-golf episode.

I’m not double jointed but I can shake my arm so my fingers slap against the palm of my hand quite loudly.

I can also make farting noises with my eyes and ears.
