Is there a quick, easy way to clean the marks off of painted walls that are left by bicycle tires rubbing against them? I can usually do it with a scrub pad and orange cleaner or something, but this sometimes ends up taking off the actual paint. Should I be using more cleaning solution, less abrasion, or the opposite? Or is my only option touching up the spots with fresh paint every once in a while? Thanks in advance for responses.
Oh yea. Mr. Clean Magic Eraser.
I don’t know how I ever lived without these things. They truly are magic!
I second that one. Mr. Clean Magic Erasers are AMAZING.
They WILL remove paint if you scrub too hard for too long, but normal usage to take off a tire-tread mark will be fine.
Ah, thanks for the tip. Now I just need the smiling wife doing all the housework for me and I’ll be set.
