Cleaning up Crime scenes

How would one go about getting a job cleaning up crime scenes? Do you have to take classes, or can any Joe pick up a sponge and go brain scraping?

sorry about the double post. The computer’s being kinda funny right now

There are companies that specialize in cleaning up after floods and other disasters, so why not let them clean up a crime scene.

Well, nuts. Apparently posting links to cached pages on Google is a bit tricky. Search in Google for “crime scene cleaners” and click the Cached link for the second article from the bottom, titled “DDN | Crime-scene cleaners not queasy lot.” (The original article is gone.) There’s some info in there about the requirements.
You could also check out the Crime Scene Cleaners Web site for info.
