Clementine Lunar image server

I just learned about this server:

and I have to ask: did the Apollo missions leave any trace which would be visible at the resolution of these pictures?

The highest resolution that site seems to offer is 1 pixel = 1 km, so I’d say the answer is no.

I assumed so, but I figured it was worth asking a dumb question. After all, potentially the rockets on the lander could have kicked up soil over a 1km patch or some such.
