As an AI guy, this makes me grin. 
As a reasonable, thinking resident of this state, i’d like to donate one to the state legislature.
I didn’t see how it was a chat-bot. It’s a twitter-scraping-and-replying bot. I was hoping to get something like the automated AIM reply bots that I could ask questions and get responses to.
Still cool but not what I expected (unless I missed a feature).
I was wondering if someone would (correctly) point this out. Making a bot that could respond coherently concerning climate change would have capabilities far beyond those signified by the term chat-bot. It’d be a hell of an accomplishment, IMHO.
In any case, chat-bot conveys the basic idea and is a bit easier to type than twitter-scraping-and-replying bot. I’ll fully cop to the charge of being lazy.
