I don’t know whether or not to believe the things I’ve read about him making big donations to NAMBLA – I guess I’ll just have to treat it as an unconfirmed possibility unless and until he releases his tax returns…
So what? I can “guaranty” that Trump didn’t participate in illegal chinchilla smuggling…but nobody here is accusing him of that, either. Care to address what people are actually talking about here?

So someone made a post mocking the idea that someone would come along and post a false equivalence, and that prompted you to be that guy. Is that right?

The bothsidesers deserve all the contempt they can get. You got a problem with that?
Contempt for two reasons:
- For the easily disprovable concept itself, and
- The underlying message that any thought, word or deed can be excused if you claim to find an example of someone, somewhere doing roughly(sometimes very roughly) the same thing-The message of “Two Wrongs Do Too Make A Right!”.
