I have to wonder if it’s all physical.
I think sometimes the shapes are influenced by your mind.
I sometimes see clear triangles, other times more of a wavy plaid, like looking at a brillo pad. And I know one time it was circles, like cartoon sppoky eyes in the dark.
I see all sorts of shapes and colors. Triangles, circles, squares, lines, orbs, and all sorts of wierd shapes and colors.
They rotate, revolve, and spin, like I have a little rave light show going on in my head.
