Clothes steamers - worth it?

I’m tired of ironing. I’m terrible at it and it takes forever. I want to get one of those steamers they use in retail clothing stores to keep the merchandise wrinkle-free. Well, a play-at-home version of it, anyway.

But do they work? Are they any good, and will one save me time and energy keeping my clothes unwrinkly? At home, I used to just toss things into the dryer for a couple of minutes, shake them out, and put them away - they stayed nice and smooth that way. But now I’m in an apartment with a laundry room, and paying $1.50 to unwrinkle shirts in the dryer just isn’t going to happen.

Does anyone have a clothes steamer? What brand? Do you recommend it?

I had a cheap-o one years ago. I have no idea what happened to it. Anyway, I thought it worked pretty well.
I have seen some of the nice ones in recently and toy with the idea of getting one. I also despise ironing.
Taking your clothes out of the dryer while still a tad warm and hanging them up right away helps minimize wrinkles.

I would suggest NOT buying one from Sharper Image. Most of their stuff is crap.
