Note: This is about using the a cloudbuster to alter weather patterns, not about using it to get rid of “chemtrails” or battle alien spaceships
My question is: does it work and, if it does, how does it actually work? I’m familiar with Reich’s initial experiment with the cloudbuster as well as other more recent experiments. Although these experiments lead me to believe it does work, the skeptic in my argues that it could be coincidental. Additionally, Reich’s explanation for how it works is a little too out-there for me to accept (although I assume it’s plausible that we generate some sort of energy). So, if it does actually work, is there a more “scientific” explanation for how it works? I’ve searched for hours on the web and through some scholarly journal articles, but all I found online are crazies who believe it can remove chem trails and journal articles about how these aforementioned people are crazy.
