Are there any food additives that make your sweat a funny colo(u)r?
The ‘dyes or drugs’, not specified in the Wikipedia article, appear to be copper salts, bromphenol blue, or rifampcin.
None of these are common food additives.
I would be concerned about anything in your system that is in such high concentrations to color your sweat would be toxic. Certainly the copper salts would be.
When I took treatmrnt for tuberculosis, my sweat was orange. That’d be from rifampin.
Judging from their commercials a few years back, Gatorade did it.
I never understood that ad campaign – it made the product, if anything even LESS appetizing to me.
