But one of my favourite british comedies of the late 80’s and early 90’s is being released on dvd in the uk in two weeks. The creators had to be nagged into doing it, they didn’t believe anyone cared until someone handed them a 1000 signature petition asking for a release…

Closest comparison is to Mr Show with Bob and David, which came later than it. With a Scottish slant. Sketch based surrealism and very very good in my opinion… It has barely ever been repeated in the UK never mind being shown in the states…
