I my offer was just accepted.
I will be th proud owner of a small resturant when the deal closes in a week or so.
I intend on making my own Ice Cream small scale. I was hoping on gettign a small batch freezer. I have looked at several batch freezers and I am having trouble finding any reviews for them. Some of the brands are:

I have no Idea what to expect for demand as I will mainly be a take out place on a boardwalk. Maby I wll sell none and maby I will turn into an Ice cream joint. I just want something realiable to start with. maby make 3 gallons a day or so to start with. I also dont want to spend 5000.00 either. Iwill also plan on selling it initially in prepackaged cups because I do not want to bother with a dipping station off the bat.
Does anyone have any suggestions, reviews, expierience with this?
