I’m aiming to cut down on the environmental impact of my diet, and I’d like to be as informed as possible about the food I’m eating even if I decide “fuck it, I’m in a beef mood and beef it is”. I’m looking for an extensive analysis of food in the UK by environmental impact (I don’t really mind what the methodology is as long as it’s transparent and relatively sensible).
The only such list I can find through a quick Google is a very brief one containing corn, milk, cheese, eggs, apples, chicken, pork and beef, which I think is US American and is nowhere near as long/comprehensive as I’d like.
