Sadly she tells me that chique has been moved into hospice and is receiving “comfort measures only.”

Oh no. I knew she was suffering but had no idea that it was so serious. I’ve mentioned this over at NADS too where she was a participant.
My thoughts are with her.
Not surprised, but I’m very sorry to hear it. In case anyone missed it, here’s the thread from November where chique discussed finding out that the cancer had returned. Her blog can be seen here. She decided to stop treatment in late March and hasn’t updated it for about a month.
I have kept her in my thoughts, wondering now and again how she is doing.

chique is the only Doper I’ve ever met in real life. This is very sad.
