Concert date? October '86 Boston folk circuit, Tracy Chapman, Holly Near, Elizabeth Cotten...

I’m trying to figure out exactly when in October 1986 I saw a concert in the Boston area (maybe not in town exactly). Tracy Chapman was there and was introduced as if unknown (which she certainly was to me). Also there were Holly Near, Elizabeth Cotten singing Freight Train, Liz Story and others. I think it was organized particularly as a women’s music concert. A bit of web searching has not turned it up for me. I wish I could find the exact date, and would be curious the exact place and if the concert had a name.

The women’s festival runs three days, Oct. 24-26, with six shows at the Somerville. On Oct. 24 (6:30 and 9:45 p.m.), the duo of Teresa Trull and Barbara Higbie shares top billing with Odetta. Boston’s Patty Larkin and Judy Small will also perform. The Oct. 25 lineup (shows at 5 and 9 p.m.) features Cris Williamson, Phranc, Heather Bishop, Lucie Blue Tremblay and Shawn Colvin. On Oct. 26 (3 and 8 p.m.), the performers are Holly Near, Elizabeth Cotten, Liz Story, Christine Lavin and Tracy Chapman.
