What if, instead of it being a RW podcast, it was focused on what Trump and Co have done to throw their own supporters under the bus? I’d imagine the list of people that supported the MAGA movement and then were thrown under the bus isn’t that short. Especially when you add in all the people that I’m guessing it happened to but aren’t noteworthy enough to make national news.
It would be like one of those “I was in a cult” documentaries.

When MAGA collapses, and it will collapse, they’re going to try to find some other slimy hole to crawl into. MTG could offer them a place to go. A place where they can cry about how Trump betrayed “the cause” and this time things will be different. Oh, and a place where she can fleece them.
I live relatively close to this district.
Locally she is likely viewed as a moderate. I am not joking.
I have a feeling MTG won’t be the last congressperson to resign in the next couple months. I think the rats realize their ship is sinking and won’t want to either: 1) Serve in the minority, or 2) Lose. Plus I don’t think many of them are too happy with having to deal with Speaker Johnson right now. He may not even be Speaker by Election Night.
I’ve run across a handful of articles saying exactly that. I haven’t looked at them, so I have no idea how likely it is to happen, but you’re not the only person saying that.

I was raised in the south so I know the southern drawl is maybe something you have to be raised with for it not to make you get goose bumps, but her voice as a podcaster? It’s making my skin crawl just to think about.
MTG only cared about misogyny when she was at the business end of it. I’m happy she’s leaving. She can go crawl back under whatever rock she crawled out from.
Apparently, MTG was on 60 Minutes. Here’s what Mr. Potato Head had to say:

I mean, I’m assuming it’s Trump but it seems like everyone gets a new nickname every few weeks and I never seem to get the memos.
When Trump was little, Mary Trump’s dad dumped a bowl of mashed potatoes over Donnie’s head, because (Surprise!) Donnie was being a brat.

Can we stom besmirching the good name of wonderful things like Cheetos, gibbons, or Mr Potato Head with comparisons to Trump? None of them deserve this - especially the poor gibbons! Look at the widdle guys!
