Consumption and Production - or America and the Kyoto agreement

I hear an awful lot about how America consumes most of the energy produced and how much we waste, especially as compared to third world countries. For the most part, there seems to be some assumption that energy is being consumed for the most part in American households and American vehicles. What I have not seen is a break down that lists American power consumption by industrial and domestic usage, and for comparison, similar statistics for other countries. It would also be interesing to know how industrial power consumption compares to finished goods exports for the US and other countries.

My question:
Could someone point me to a source of information on the statistics mentioned above, or provide a summary if you have the data to hand?

While I have done nice, organized charts of this sort in the past, I cannot spend the time to do so today. I do apologize.

The US Energy Information Administration is an excellent source of the information you seek. However, it is poorly organized in some ways. If you have a patience in searching, you can likely find everything you desire there. I do recall them definitely breaking down US industrial/home/etc consumption on a State-by-State basis in a document I saw this morning on there. Give it a try.
