How does one contact high-level personnel in the USPS. I have a problem with an administrater in a district office. I need someone higher than a local postmaster.
Other than the PMG, the top guy, I don’t know anyone in between, and it seems impossible to get names and addresses. Even if I want to go to the very top, which I really don’t, how would I. His name is easy to find, but how does one contact him?

I would suggest going to your local post office and asking for the address of your district administrator’s supervisor.
Actually, I need the boss of the administrator’s supervisor. I understand the administrator’s supervisor is the head guy at this particular district office. I need to go one step further up the ladder.
