It’s 100% reconstituted fruit juice.
Not much of a distinction, if you ask me. I suppose there are some who refuse to believe that removing water then adding it back in again doesn’t have some profound, deletorious effect on the nutritional value and safety of said product.

“A profound, deletorious effect on the nutritional value […] of said product”? This is apple juice we’re talking about. Nature’s own soda pop.
But yeah, I have to agree: the distinction between fresh and reconstituted isn’t important enough to make a fuss about the “100% fruit juice” label. They’ve just removed some water for storage purposes, then added the same amount of water to get it ready for sale. It’s a roundabout way to get there, but in the end it’s still juice.
Besides, “contains” 100% fruit juice isn’t the same as “is” 100% fruit juice, anyway.
