Except for the stupid “burning and looting” thing, but I guess you had to bring the IQ of your post down somehow.

My position is that criminals have been known to lie. Posting one side of a story is not conclusive proof of anything.

These particular criminals appear to be looking for sympathy (and a monetary settlement :rolleyes: ) because they were caught breaking laws and their actions bit them in the ass. (The dog bit them in the arms and legs.)

Do you know that “everyone knows” this? Do you know of a law that allows/suggests/demands trespassers be eaten alive? Have you even met “everyone”?

That option went out the window when the kid decided not to behave like a reasonable adult. You can’t reason with someone whose response to a polite request is “Fuck you”.

You’re an adult (I assume), and you haven’t learned the nuances of human concepts like basic morality, decency, empathy, compassion, justice, and the like. If an adult can be as broken as you, a teenager certainly can be much, much less so.

I prefer to wait for all sides of a story to become known before deciding who is lying and who isn’t.

Listening to two admitted criminals claim that they were mistreated as they were being apprehended for violating several laws doesn’t cause me to automatically jump to the conclusion that the police must be lying. YMMV.
