cooking question on cooked turkey

ok greant aunt had a ton of turkey left after xmas and she froze it and they gor a craving for some so she took out a bag and asked me how long could it keep I looked it up and found this

How accurate is this ? and since its dry as heck probably how to moisten it ? thanks

Sounds reasonable. For the dry bird you’ve got, I’d whip up some gravy for it.
