I would guess so. If money is really and truly-o no object, then our engimatic trillionaire could just pay to have the original factories rebuilt, hire some workers, and churn them out. If blueprints have disappeared, then just hire a few dozen mechanical engineers to study the old parts and recommend a manufacturing procedure, then do it. Maybe vintage auto clubs could give our trillionaire a reference to engineers that build new, reproduction parts for Model-T’s and see if they want to try their hand at whirly plane parts.
In that case, you could have a replica built for nearly nothing. Maybe around the gearbox and rotor of a Super Stallion, which is just a few feet shorter in each direction, but weighs half as much and has nearly as much power.
