Given that T. rex had an incredibly wide gape and was able to open its mouth far wider than a croc, I expect its muscles would be powerful enough to break duct tape like it wasn’t there. (Even if it were only as powerful as a croc, it was so much larger it could probably break duct tape just on that basis.)
It also had an incredibly powerful bite.
