could someone please explain?

If you right click the mouse on any part of the ebay page, a pre-set message comes up. It’s funny to me, based on the product being auctioned.

I had to open it with Bill’s evil browser. Pretty funny. :stuck_out_tongue:

Golden Palace’s entire marketing strategy is based on gaining publicity through bidding on – and winning – unusual auctions. Besides those successes mentioned in this article, the casino has been immortalized in the common and scientific names of a recently discovered Bolivian species of monkey.

Aren’t they the ones that offered $10,000 for that woman to tatoo their logo on her forehead?

It’s got St. Patrick’s image on it, inside the wrapper.

But lemme guess… it dissapears if you open it?

Hmm… I think it’s specific to that particular auction somehow.

As another note, it looked like some of the auctions posted under ‘weird stuff’ were phishing expeditions that had somehow been posted onto ebay itself… you click the link to look at the auction, and something redirects you to a fake ebay login page on another server.

“Why this soap is up to $51?”

Dude! It’s a new bar, in the original wrapping!

It looks like there might be a profit in selling stuff that Golden Palace might buy.

to see their recent purchases.

Nah, I don’t, but, may I say, I am so happy someone liked the joke.

If it were Pope-Soap-On-A-Rope, hell, I’d pay fifty bucks for it!
