This guy harassed the mermaid, fired her mom, paid a lady employee money she was not entitled to by fudging the records, adjusted employee time cards because he couldn’t afford overtime, and didn’t do anything about the maintenance employee showing people his genitals multiple times.
Well, yeah, he could have done worse. He could have been like those guys in the Arizona (or was it New Mexico?) Pizza Hut that changed people’s scheduels so when they didn’t show at the “scheduled” time, the employee could be fired. Why would they do such a thing? Well because the employees kept finding out about the meth lab, rat problem, cocaine distribution via pizza delivery, and prostitution ring that ran so deep, the local cops were tied up in it. When the employees said something to the cops, they’d plant drugs on the person and arrest them. The crackdown eventually came from the FBI in some major sting.
So yeah, couda been worse.
O.K. but could this guy have done worse. I don’t think he has the ability for the other thing.

I recall that in one of those “worst boss in America” contests, one of the runner ups had the habit of biting his employees.
