75%-I guess that lets me visit?
Except for those with long memories.
I got 18/20. And 100% on the American test. I guess I should move there, eh?
Wait - they don’t have real beer.
I’ll stay home.
Actually, the NWT and Rupert’s Land were added to Canada by the Rupert’s Land and North-Western Territory Order of 1870.
The Constitution Act, 1871 gave Parliament the power to create new provinces out of the territories and to govern the territories. Also retroactively validated the Manitoba Act, 1870.
You’re right – I forgot that. Crap. So much for being a Canadian.
I am preparing for the Canadian Citizenship Test now
Barney: It’s not gonna be easy, like the Canadian citizenship test.
Robin: How do you know the Canadian citizenship test is easy?
Barney: It’s Canada. Question One: Do you want to be Canadian? Question Two: Really? :dubious:

100% Probably would have had to guess the number of [del]electoral districts[/del] ridings if we weren’t in the middle of another election campaign with me desperately hoping we don’t get a Conservative majority government. Almost went for W.L.M. King as first Prime Minister, but corrected myself in time.
Yank here, 18/20. Maybe I can qualify.
“What is the capital?” and “Where are the Parliament buildings?” seemed like the same question, though.
Calisse d’ostie d’tabarnaque, 17/20!
65% and lucky to score that well.
‘Parliament’ is a popular funk band. I assumed they were referring to recording studios.
70% on the Canadian test
95% on the U.S. test
Yeah, I’m American.
SS
They said I could stay! Woo hoo!
And who really cares how many Congressional districts they have or what specific rights they have in their First Amendment, either. Those are the two I missed.
As an American taking it cold, I got 75%. I did poorly on the questions having to do the number of electoral districts, specific rights and responsibilities, and national symbols.
This UStonian got 85% – I blame my luck on Canada!
70%. Bacon, here I come!
ETA: I am properly identified as American/Briton.
I would pull out my birth certificate that says born in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan - PWNED, BITCHES! I mean, who would lie about something like that?
11 out of 20. Most were guesses.
