If you have lip cracking problems the usual cure is to stop putting any sort of stuff on your lips. Especially chap-stick. That stuff causes chapped lips.
Leave them alone for a week and they’ll be miraculously healthy again.
I don’t know that it can cause cracking, but wine (and berries) can certainly stain your lips, making already existing cracks more visible.
