Crash in Niagara Falls (Wed November 22, 2023) [Rainbow Bridge car explosion]

And WOT can be World Of Tanks.

And from the gaming crowd we get WOOT!

WOOT!

Shaving My Horse.

Is that a heroin reference?

Not necessarily.

Right with you!!!

Today I walked into a store and they were playing Sweet Cherry Pie. That was my theme song back in my floozy days and I haven’t heard it for so long.

It came out in 1990.

I once saw someone fly through a red light and get t-boned by an aggressive driver. The poor man was having a heart attack and during the pain spasm hit the gas instead of the brakes. He probably would have just ended up in a ditch if Speed Racer hadn’t been on the road, everyone else saw what was happening and stopped. SR didn’t and the poor man almost died while the ER people were cutting him out of the car.

1990! I was an (oldish*) adult! Pop music had passed me by!

Now I do remember where I was when Led Zeppelin II was released…

*never trust anyone over 30

I’ve also seen it as So Much Hate and Shrugging My Shoulders, so I’m never quite sure which one people mean.

No, they missed their last KISS.

“I saw a deadhead sticker on a Cadillac.” 1984.

Not a good fit for SMH. How about Shrugging My Hangnails?

Shrugging my hamstrings?
Shrugging my hair?
Shrugging my hips?
Shrugging my hyoid?
Shrugging my humeruses?
Shrugging my hands?

Schtupping my hamster?

Or horse. Or hog.

It always gives me a twinge when I see it because those are my initials. Annoying.

The crash would have made more sense if it was a missed Sammy Hagar concert.

I had a car I was test driving stick open-throttle because of the floor mat. Even back in the 80’s the car computers had rev limiters on them so I put it in neutral and then shut the engine down.

Newer cars don’t have key ignitions so it might be necessary to hold the engine button down a few seconds for it to shut down while driving.

And put me in the line of people who thought it odd a Bentley couple was going to a Kiss concert. I went to their concert when I was 16 but they’re not on my old-guy play list.

I’m 67 and I’d go and see them if they played anywhere close. I still enjoy the music I listened to when I were young, just not so loud, LOL!

It’s just hard to find a Bentley with an 8 track tape player.

Don’t you go to yard sales, LOL!!!

I’m not offended. I honestly couldn’t hear a word you said.

Me: Gets pulled up on stage at a concert in my sixties

Lead Singer: Are you ready to rock?

Me: Ok, can you turn up the volume? I’m hard of hearing.
